Here are some simple facts and guidelines for our Canadian customers:
1) Unfortunately at this time, Canadian customers are unable to place an order online. We are, however, working on expanding our shopping cart so Canadian customers can order online. To place an order, simply call us at (818) 772-0500 Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Pacific Time.

2) Canadian Import Duties. We do work with our Canadian customers on your Import Duties to bring them down, and save you money! Call us for more information!

3) When choosing lighting, keep in mind that over 80% of the lighting manufacturers in North America are based out of Southern California, where we are located, and when you are buying from us, you are buying lighting directly from the source, that is why our prices are so low! If you go to a local supply shop where you live, chances are the lights you are looking at there come straight from Los Angeles, CA, as a lot of lighting materials come to the Port of Los Angeles, and are then assembled here or sold from here.

4) Durability. All of our Solid or Cast Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel & Fiberglass Composite / ABS Plastic outdoor lighting fixtures come with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE against Rust or Corrosion, even in the harsh Canadian environments that see sigificant rain & snow, as well as very cold temperatures. You could put these fixtures in Antarctica! Canadian customers should NEVER buy Cast Aluminum outdoor fixtures, as they will corrode and sieze up within six months to two years, meaning when you have to service the fixtures, change bulbs, etc. It will be just about impossible, and the fixture will be rendered useless. All of our Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel and Fiberglass / ABS Plastic fixtures utilize bulb sockets that are rated up to 200d Farenheit (93d Celcius), as the sockets use all Brass or Stainless Steel Components, as well as top quality copper wire leads which can be direct-buried. And all of our gound (dirt mount) fixtures come with a premium PVC Stake (not those cheap aluminum ones you have probably seen), which provide a top notch anchor for the fixtures, and will never rust or corrode (break down) outside!

6) Service. So Cal Lighting / Coast to Coast Lighting is a family owned and operated business. Whenever you have questions, concerns, or issues with your order (i.e. you received something different than what you ordered, product(s) damaged in shipment, or a defective product, etc..), we will be here to help and to fairly solve the issue as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that these issues happen VERY RARELY, but, as we do process hundreds of orders each week, on rare occasions there can be an issue with an order, as with any other company you may purchase lighting (or anything for that matter). We don't have simple paper pushers here just skating by enough to get their paycheck. Everyone that works here takes pride in their work and has a vested interest in our company, and we are be proactive from the start to the finish - to us, customers are people, not numbers!
